This was a real pain to reproduce, tried scanning it, lots of reflections, tried photography ,low lights 3 seconds exposure, still reflections, maybe cos the whole tone is quite dark
Pass this view regularly in the car, it has the air of artificiality that you would find in a kids improbable arrangements of toys: the barn is on a nice little hill (why?), the track curves picturesquely, but pointlessly, oh and the sun makes it look improbably ideal.
Its amazing what you notice once the image is scanned and appears on the screen. This again has been cropped, a lot, and flipped horizontally. Don't know why flipping it improves it, maybe because we read left to right, would other cultures judge the flip differently? Maybe I shouldn't try to explain what I was trying to do, it reduces it all to a recipe, its the taste I want to convey.
A row of random stones in early evening, a bit of exposed soil, and a building lurking in the background.
