Ah now for me this is "moody" but it's not dark colours (nor has it got a dark title). Way to go Simon, this is very good.

Thanks Sheila, yes I have always had a tendency to darken stuff, to become vague and elusive, now I manage it by just progressively messing up a perfectly good painting!

Thanks rahina q.h it was less deliberate than that, sort of a blind hit and miss untill the image stopped being so awfull.
